How LeadEdge Helped

We conducted a detailed performance assessment and needs analysis including  structured stakeholder conversations to identify high leverage developmental themes. We then designed a comprehensive learning experience which blended structured workshops with action learning and coaching. This program was implemented over 9 months and involved seamless integration between reflection , insight and focussed application. LeadEdge helped us to set up, facilitate and coach, action learning projects and teams. Participants were given an opportunity to bring desired skills to real life with the support of sponsors and key stakeholders.

Within 3 years, approximately 70% of the participants moved into significantly larger roles across the enterprise and are now seen as role model leaders in the new organization.
